 Because…It's their culture and mindset that make them live like that forever whatever, wherever and whenever it be.

They don’t bother about the short term gains over the everlasting peace and contentment.

Plus and Minus of being a Reserved Person

 Reservedness is not something to be learned or taught. It is an offshoot of the up-bringing and circumstances in which a person grows. Loneliness, Sickness, Seclusion due to social and economic factors are some of the instances that cause a person to remain Reserved.

Even if favourable conditions are created to change it, one cannot get rid of it totally. Because, the mindset is tuned to such behaviour.

So, there is no question of how far it helps a person. May be it enables such reserved persons to feel guarded against intrusion into their privacy.

People that understand such people will make them cheerful by mingling.

The most disadvantage will be to not have relationships with other people, and experience the good and bad of human beings.

Do You Think Peace comes with a price?

Don't think so.

It is the mindset and politics of people that affect peace in the world.

Any war or fight in society is the product of ego and power-hunger of an individual or group to control others.

Even if there is divergence in thoughts or actions, people having clear understanding will never lose their peace and happiness by resorting to arguments or strife.

All Religions advocate discipline, humility, and compassion for peaceful life. 
Nowhere you are restrained to live your life happily in a righteous manner.

Only the ruthless and greedy people create troubles to serve their own purpose.

Why do Calm people face bad treatment?

 There are 2 possibilities.

1. they neither question the atrocities nor oppose such bad treatment, owing to their nature.
2. they are threatened with dire consequences if they react.

Nonetheless, one day or other, these quite people will erupt like volcanoes to punish the oppressor.

Beauty is impermanent, yet…

Human beings take all efforts to look pleasant and presentable. And, try all methods like physical and food restrictions. Yet they have no control to retain their appearance or beauty as they desire. Because, by nature, all humans undergo ageing and reach end of life.

However, the photographs or painting of the humans remain to exhibit their beauty as immortal.

Taj mahal stands as a monument of Beauty of love though the persons behind such architecture are no more.

Why do humans lament for the dead?

 Humans are very strange species. They laugh when a new born cries. They cry when a person is dead.

The logic might be this. They are happy when a new member arrives and laments when somebody leaves others behind after creating all kinds of relationships and memories to those alive.

Another funny reason might be. They enjoy the birth of a new soul as if they get another companion to share the sufferings in worldly life. They grieve when a soul passes away, because they are made to suffer longer .

Why do people cook up lies to spoil others’ lives?

 People having immoral values and selfishness alone resort to such behaviour.

Any normal and right thinking person will not practice such tricks.

Such behaviour is quiet common in commercial and political circles the world over.

There are people so cheap who plant such lies to defeat their own kith and kin.

Should You Apologise even if Somebody is hurt unintentionally?

 As long as a person is hurt by another person’s action or words, the latter shall seek apology. Because, the sufferings and insults cannot be rectified.

No matter whether it is deliberate or accidental.

Any genuine human will need to say sorry, and if possible try to redress the damage inflicted.

This moral principle is applicable to all forms of life, be it bird or animal. That’s why we tend to feel upset emotionally, even when we see a dog hurt by vehicle on the road.

After all, humans take pride in their Sixth sense but behave irrationally. For instance, during this Corona pandemic, nobody cares for social distancing.

How To Avoid Lending To Any Person

 Give a straight and honest answer as “ Sorry, I do not lend/borrow money to/from anyone. So, kindly excuse for the helplessness.”

The above reply will make your stand clear that you will never approach anybody for money.

Why do people often get angry when one tells the truth?

 People generally like flattery and hate criticism. That too, if one speaks the truth about anything or a person right in front of others, most people get infuriated and agitated.

Because, such people feel their pride insulted when their mistakes or deficiencies are pointed out by others. In other words, they are intolerant, and never mind their mistakes to correct them. Instead, They possess false ego and develop hatred towards those revealing their shortcomings, and wait for opportunities to criticise the other person.

Unless an individual realises the fault on their side, and make efforts to avoid recurrence of such incidents or mistakes, That person is bound to gain less progress in life.

What are some common etiquettes that people never follow?

I have listed a few things that I consider most important.

1. Failure to respect elders.
2. Smoking, urinating, and spitting in public places.
3. Lack of patience. For instance, even after having reservations, people rush to board a train or flight.
4. Forgetting the roots. Many people talk in English only though they know their mother tongue. After reaching good position in society, many ignore their parents and the past.
5. Minding the material welfare in future only at the cost of own health, and forgetting the plaesaures of present life.
6. Last but not least, selfishness overlooking the rights of fellow citizens and other life forms on this planet.

What is the best way to help someone in need of money who is asking for it on the street?

Ask the person as to the purpose of seeking money. If it is for food or clothes or medicine, try to buy such items by yourself and give to them( if you can afford).

If the purpose is to meet daily needs, better guide him to either find some works to earn with own efforts or approach a social service organisation who will have permanent solution to such poor people.

Never ever help a person with money as it becomes a habit involving laziness and carelessness.

Frugality, a step to Self-control

 Is Frugality a sign of Self-control?

Definitely, Yes.

Frugality is the awareness of restraints required for funds, resources, and time management.

The moment a person gets the sense of frugality, he becomes a right-thinking person.

Which is precious, Life or Money, during an emergency?

 Asssume the following situation.

When A building is burning, you have to either save a child or a master piece painting. With the money from the painting, you can help a number of many poor children. What will you choose?

My reaction will be  like this.

If anyone considers the value of the painting over the precious life of a human, he/she will be deemed to be cruel and money-minded.

Moreover, nobody will be calculating things during times of emergency.

Will a person try to take money kept in the residence, when the building is hit by earthquake?

How Do You Know ‘You are An Unwelcome Guest’?

 This is a familiar feeling any person will get during any assembly of people such as social get-together of a family or community. 

The behaviour and body language of your hosts will convey the feeling that your presence is not liked by them as compared to other guests. And, the normal honour and respect expected in such situations will be missing. Generally, enemies, frequent visitors, hated-people, and uninvited guests are categorised as Unwelcome guests.

Dislike towards an unwanted guest will manifest in many ways, but most of them expressed through improper behaviour such as limited interaction, pretending to be busy, spending more time with others, denial of food and drinks given to others, Show of irritation, etc.

The human attitude becomes so uncivilised, harsh and bad that even during death of a person, the hosts discriminate certain visitors as Unwelcome people.

Why Many Bosses Don’t Appreciate Their Subordinates

 Such bosses are bound to incur losses in the long run in business and personal spheres. Because, any person who fails in moral standards will have to face consequences.

A good boss is one who takes care of his staff in all possible ways, and treat them as his family. He should shower praises when good things are done and should also criticise them for mistakes. Before bringing in any changes in system and procedure, he should seek the opinion of staff also to instil confidence and sense of belonging in the latter.

It is a wrong notion that some bosses assume that any appreciation will weaken his control over his staff and result in decline in staff's performance, which ultimately will affect his reputation and Career prospects.

There are many business groups like Tata in India which have a staff-favouring atmosphere consisting of the qualities described hereinabove.

Money or Dignity

Which of the above, you will opt.?

A righteous and right thinking person will opt for dignity.

Because, life without dignity has no value even if you possess huge power or wealth.

Someone Looks You Up and Down…

 What does it mean?

Scrutiny, Checking, Measuring, Sizing-up are some words to answer the question.

This action of a person might be out of disrespect or surprise or strangeness.

But never get upset with such situations. Be your own Self.

Because, your originality can never be copied by others.

Whether Debt is Good or Bad?

 Depends on how you put that debt into use.

If debt is intended to be used for a productive purpose like creation of asset or employment or treatment of a disease or education, it becomes good.

When a debt is intended for unproductive use like gambling, purchase of raffles, etc. it tends to be bad.

Anything that causes beneficial effects is considered good. Because such activity or thing multiplies the happiness and prosperity.

How To Handle When Bad Situations Crop Up

Go with the flow like a wooden log without being submerged in the flow, but seize the right opportunity to reach ashore.

Bad things are difficult but stepping stones to gain valuable lessons in life.

A sailor becomes good only after facing a storm and high tides of ocean.

Many scientific inventions are the result after repeated failures or bad experiences only.

Many experts in any trade or profession did not gain the prominence overnight, but through many setbacks and sufferings only.

So, have a positive attitude to face and handle any situations but without losing self-confidence and conviction that you will definitely reach your destination one day.
